It was a pleasure and such breath of fresh air to see a craftsman with a total commitment to delivering the best result . Our windows were so bad that we nearly gave up on repairs . But Danny and his team were a miracle workers. On time, through and clean . If these was not enough when we accidentally damaged the window few weeks later Danny spent good few hours repairing with no extra charge. Hr also helped us to find good reliable contractors to do the rest of the work in the flat. THANK YOU .

Believe the rest of the reviews. From the very start Danny was easy to work with. He very quickly sent me a rough quote to see if it was worth going forward, after that he visited and talked through the potential options and what would be best for us in terms of what we needed and what was worth spending money on. I got the impression we wouldn't be sold something we didn't need. Quote was descriptive and detailed so we were both on the same page. Throughout the process danny was always punctual, replied quickly and easy to deal with. Very happy with the quality of the window he repaired and made a new sash for us. Will definitely use him again.

I received truly excellent service from start to finish Danny at the Sash Cord Repair Man. I was initially quite worried about the issues with my sash windows but Danny explained everything clearly, provided options with the pros and cons, and addressed all the repairs with efficiency and care. He gave really good advice about maintenance and things to look out for, and left the areas he'd worked in absolutely spotless. The repairs to my sash windows have resulted in a noticeable improvements (no draught and greater heat retention). I wouldn't hesitate to contact Danny again and will recommend him to friends and family.

Came to quote for a repair, needs quite a bit of work done (which I knew as the frame had rotted away and there was a massive gap between glass and frame). Arranged the full repair for early Jan, however Danny did a temporary fix and didn't charge for that or his call out time. What a star!

Amazing customer service! Sash Cord Repair Man attended our property to begin work within hours of us contacting him on a Saturday, as we had been let down by another contractor. The jammed window was resolved in minutes of him being on site and a full quote for the overall repair received a few hours later. Highly recommend Sash Cord Repair man. I had all my windows serviced and draft proofed and they now work perfectly, don’t rattle and help with the noise. As well as being very efficient he’s also very punctual and clean. I’ve never had any someone doing work on my flat that left it cleaner than when they arrived.
